SHIPPING INFORMATION

This Holiday season is going to look a bit different to years past. With the strains of COVID-19 UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping delays can happen at any time and are beyond our control.  Rest assured we will do our very best to ensure your gifts arrive for that special occasion.

If you are shipping to multiple addresses we ask that you place your orders separately, as we have to pay for each shipment separately,

Currently we are only shipping within the United States, however you may have the giftbox shipped to you and you can then ship it internationally if needed.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email so you may track your order.

RETURNS

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, you may return any product purchased within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs. Our curated gift boxes are sold as a whole, therefore, it is not permitted to change a size or exchange one product from within a box.  You will receive full credit for the value of the gift box upon receipt of the goods by Peanut and Posie.

This returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used or tags removed, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.  All returns must be in original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Along with the returned items, please include your name, email address and order number.

Please do not return any curated boxes to us unless we have sent you a confirmation email.

Returns are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt and refunds issued will be to your original method of payment.

We are understanding and genuinely want you to be happy with the curated box that you have gifted or received, so if something is troubling you, please email us at hello@peanutandposie.com and we’ll see what we can do.

EXCHANGES

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges.  To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order.  As soon as we receive your return we will refund your original method of payment.
